Handwerkskammer Osnabrück-Emsland-Grafschaft Bentheim
The industrial training and technology Centre (BTZ) of the chamber of crafts Osnabrück-Emsland-Grafschaft Bentheim is a regional – and with its center of competencies “supply engineering” also a cross-regional – provider for training and continuing education with a high theoretical and practical claim. The BTZ develops innovative training offerings and follows technological developments. It increasingly integrates digital media into its courses and gives impulses for flexible learning and teaching.
The BTZ is a division of the Chamber of crafts Osnabrück-Emsland-Grafschaft Bentheim, representing the economical and political interests of more than 10.700 businesses and their 88.000 employees in the region of the chamber as a body of public law. Click here for further information.

cadwork informatik Software GmbH
cadwork develops and distributes the 3D-CAD/CAM-System cadwork. The software is designed for the professional use in the field of timber work and the building industry in general. Practical experience and intense cooperation with clients and research facilities make cadwork a competent 3D-CAD/CAM-solution in timber work. The consequent implementation of practical requirements is centered in our research. Through high commitment to research and development and continuous cooperation with research facilities and machine manufacturers, cadwork sets standards for the CAD/CAM-software for timber works.
Our distribution and support team is not only an organization of commerce. One of our main tasks is a continuous customer care service. It incorporates general hard- and software support, the development of client specific working methods and consultation with building related problems.
18 cadwork locations worldwide cater for an optimal client service. All employees in distribution and customer services are trained in cadwork, have a wide knowledge in timber works and support our clients with a competent consultation service. Click here for further information.

4A-SIDE GmbH
The company was founded in 2008 – in corporation with iTUBS (Innovation association TU Braunschweig) – with the ambitious goal to bring scientific proofed instruments to the HR-practice and give impulses. The 4 A-SIDE GmbH was born to establish ties between science (TU Braunschweig) and practice.
Ten years later, the company has expanded to another location (in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain) and to 35 employees: a strong IT-division adds to the high psychological expertise developing web-based instruments from scientific grounded HR tools. With our psychologists, graphic designers, developers and testers, we implement topics like employee interviews, team- and leadership diagnostics, evaluations and competences management into digital tools. We support our clients with our help desk in national and international use of our software. We actively support the knowledge transfer between practice and science through close cooperation with the TU Braunschweig: all our instruments are scientifically grounded and proof their efficiency by meeting approved quality criteria. The focus of our work is a reliable consultation of clients:
Our instruments should not only look good and be highly functional, but primarily should meet the expectations placed on them reliably.
An easy usability is another important criterium of quality: made-to-measure dashboards and mobile application supply executive personnel and teams with an optimal overview and easy processes of feedback and monitoring.
By doing so, we always meet client´s expectations: enabling the usability on different devices or programming interfaces to other systems (like SAP) are examples. Click here for further information.
